This 1035sqm floor space required demolition before the complete fit-out could occur. Starting with a blank canvas, the area was transformed into an appealing open plan office space containing dozens of workstations, offices, meeting rooms and training and discussion areas. The staff kitchen and recreation area was relocated from the back of the building to the centre of the floor space to create a central "hub". Circular moveable walls and rounded features soften the interior to create a more relaxed feel in the workplace.
InterGen is located on Level 26, 400 George St and takes in amazing views of the city and far beyond. The fit-out was designed to appreciate this vista and every workstation captures a lovely view. The fit-out encompassed two board rooms and multiple meeting rooms, offices, workstations, recreation room with kitchen, plus a staff kitchen and spacious reception area and the latest in technology and communications.
Our client had a restricted deadline for relocation and Signature Projects was able to complete this 450sqm project on budget and within a very tight timeframe.
Scope of works included- Work Station, elegant reception area, unique rubber floor entry, full kitchen and staff break out room.
